PANews reported on April 28 that the Solana Policy Institute has appointed former Filecoin Foundation Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Rachel Green Horn as the Chief Marketing Officer. The organization was founded last month by Miller Whitehouse-Levine and focuses on influencing stablecoin and market structure legislation, engaging in policy dialogue with the new leadership of the SEC and CFTC. Kristin Smith will join as Chair in May.
