Through this move, Iranian bank cards can be used on ATM machines in Russia, and users can receive funds in rubles from Russian ATM machines. The report stated that in the second phase of the project, Russian citizens living in Iran can also use their bank cards in the same way. In the third phase of the project, Iranian bank cards can be used in Russian stores through the Shatab system.
