Techub News reports that FTX Trading and FTX Recovery Trust have announced that they have filed a lawsuit against the token issuers NFT Stars Limited and KUROSEMI INC (the operator of Delysium) to recover assets, accusing them of failing to provide the contractually stipulated tokens to FTX. Previously, FTX had made multiple attempts to communicate with the issuers to seek a non-litigation solution, but all were unsuccessful.
