Techub News reports that the Swedish listed company H100 Group has announced that its board of directors has decided to conduct a directed issuance of up to 2,771,202 new shares of the company at a subscription price of 7.66 Swedish Krona per share to several accredited investors, with an expected total fundraising amount of approximately 21.2 million Swedish Krona (about 2.2 million USD). The net proceeds will be used to seek investment opportunities under the company's Bitcoin reserve strategy.
