According to statistics, last week (from August 4 to August 10), there were a total of 17 investment and financing events in the global blockchain sector, with a total funding scale exceeding $111.2 million. In addition, the total amount of financing for listed companies' cryptocurrency asset reserves exceeded $846 million. The main investment and financing overview is as follows:

• In the DeFi sector, 4 investment and financing events were announced, including the UK blockchain project BOB which completed a new round of financing of $9.5 million.
• Two investment events in the Web3 gaming and NFT sector were announced, with SuperGaming completing a $15 million Series B funding.
• Two investment and financing events in the Web3+AI track were announced, including the AI project Perle based on Web3, which completed a $9 million seed round financing.
• The infrastructure and tools sector announced 5 investment and financing events, among which OpenMind completed a $20 million financing.
• Two investment and financing events were announced in the centralized finance sector, including a stablecoin issuer leading a €30 million financing round for a certain cryptocurrency exchange in Spain.

DeFi

The UK blockchain project BOB has completed a new round of financing of 9.5 million USD, with multiple institutions participating.
