Only by not watching the market can you hold on, if you keep an eye on it, it doubled in the morning, but fell back in the afternoon and ended up losing. You can't hold on with just a little fluctuation. If you have twenty thousand dollars to buy Spot, you can hold it a bit longer, but playing contracts with leverage is simply unsustainable.
