DIA launches a new modular Oracle Machine Lumina testnet, Mainnet is planned to go live in Q1 2025
Odaily Planet Daily News DIA has been launched on Lumina Testnet today. Lumina is its new modular Oracle Machine infrastructure, aiming to improve transparency, scalability, and integration flexibility, dedicated to solving common problems of existing Oracle Machines, allowing Cross-Chain Interaction for data aggregation, verification, and delivery. Its architecture is different from other Oracle Machine solutions such as Chainlink and API3, because it supports multiple messaging protocols, is compatible with non-EVM chains, and has comprehensive data traceability. DIA product manager Zygis Marazas said that previously, access to the data source and flow of the Oracle Machine was usually opaque, but Lumina provides full visibility into the entire process. Currently, participation in this testnet is restricted. The Mainnet is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2025 and will operate as a completely permissionless network. In addition to Nodes, new chains and assets that require Oracle Machine services can also be plugged in without direct involvement from the DIA team. This eliminates the need for a manual onboarding process. (Blockworks)
